Depression and Anxiety


Perhaps you have been struggling with ongoing depression and/or anxiety for many years.
Or, due to specific circumstances or life changes such as divorce, grief/loss, illness, trauma, career difficulties, or other life stressors, you are overwhelmed with feelings of sadness and anxiety, and in need of guidance and compassion.

Anxiety

· Thoughts of suicide

Together we will develop a treatment plan and you will begin to feel empowered and balanced. Our therapist uses a variety of techniques, including talk therapy, art therapy and education; all of which will help you in gaining insight, expressing yourself authentically, and establishing healthy coping skills. Our compassionate team will assist with processing your thoughts, emotions and behaviors, and with finding direction.
